Water from the sea around Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear plant shows levels of Cesium-134 and Cesium-137 well above regulatory limits, Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Thursday.

Cesium-137 readings near the plant's Reactor 2 were 830 becquerels per liter, compared with the regulatory limit of 90 per liter.
