The jurors in disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault trial indicated Friday that they had reached a deadlock over at least some of the five charges and the judge sent them home for the weekend with instructions to resume deliberations next week.

"We the jury request to understand if we can be hung on 1 and/or 3 but unanimous on the other charges," the seven men and five women said in a note to New York State Supreme Court Judge James Burke on the fourth day of deliberations.

Counts 1 and 3 are for Predatory Sexual Assault, which carries a minimum sentence of from 15-25 years to life in prison.
