Marathon and Motagua are set for the Honduran league's Clausura tournament semifinals, but their opponents have not yet been determined.

The last two spots in the semis will be determined by the winners of the Olimpia-Platense and Real España-Honduras Progreso matches.

Motagua, coached by Diego Vasquez, booked its spot in the semifinals with a 1-0 win over Vida on Sunday.

Wilmer Crisanto scored the lone goal in the match, the 20,000th goal scored since the Honduran Professional Soccer League was founded in 1965.

Marathon, which is coached by Hector Vargas and claimed a semifinal spot in the 17th week of play, beat Honduras Progreso 2-1, finishing in first place with 37 points.

Motagua took second place in the standings, with 34 points.

In other action, Olimpia blew out Universidad Pedagogica 4-0, taking third place in the tournament and moving closer to the playoffs.

Real España, the league's defending champion, beat Juticalpa 2-1.
