Three thousand objects have been brought together into one space exploring the history of medicine over more than 500 years.

The London Science Museum’s new space covers an area equivalent to 1,500 hospital beds and the five galleries are the largest medicine exhibition in the world

Curator Natasha McEnroe said the collection is a reflection of “our eternal fascination” with the human body and wanting to know how it works.
